The Many Use Of Roses
Roses are one of the most popular types of flowers available in the Philippine market today. Although there are other flowers which are known to be more beautiful than a rose, such as tulips and orchids, roses are still very popular for many Filipinos. Other than a symbol for a special feeling, roses were also known to symbolize a god. Because roses are symbols of love and beauty, roses became sacred to a number of goddesses such as Isis and Aphrodite.
