Everyone has seen American Idol now and knows that during the audition process some people sounded fantastic when they sang a song of their own choice but when they got down to the final shows, their voices were not suited to certain genres. For example some of the great rockers sounded great until they had to sing Motown, while others with a great country voice didn't sound good singing songs that had a rock edge.
