Do Not Become Anti-Social
OK, so your boyfriend left you and you feel terrible. The world is a horrible place and you are all alone. You are depressed and crying in your room. This is a normal reaction for a girl after she has been dumped by her boyfriend. You will need to pick yourself up and snap out of the self-pity. This is not going to help you if you are serious about getting your boyfriend back. If you wallow in your room, he will be out enjoying himself and this will make you feel worse, so you need to get out and have fun!
Why Did He Leave?
Now you need to analyze why he left. There is absolutely no point in winning him back if you are going to make the same exact mistakes again and a few months down the line find yourself in this same spot. We need to learn from our previous mistakes or we are doomed to repeating them over and over again. So now you have established why he has left, you can move onto the next step.
Do Not Seem Desperate
Probably the worst thing you could do is to become desperate and lose all self-control. Try to remember what attracted him to you in the first place and work on that. Do not start calling him every day, get drunk and leave messages that you will later regret. Give him that space that he wants; usually he will come back of his own accord once he sees that you are moving on. He will expect you to be sad and upset, don't be, this will intrigue him and he will wonder why you are not upset and this might turn the tables a bit and play on his ego.

Go out and enjoy nights out with your friends, go to clubs and let cute guys talk to you and get that confidence back. When you are feeling confident, there is nothing more attractive than that. When he sees you like this, then he will most likely be interested as to why things are going so great for you. You never know, you might even begin to enjoy this new found freedom and want to stay single for a while longer. Make sure he sees you enjoy life but do not make it obvious that you are doing so, as this will very often backfire and make you look silly.
Now He is Back
Now that you have been reunited with your 'someone special', you need to work on not making the same mistakes again. Be more aware of your boyfriend's needs and what makes him happy. Make him feel like a king and keep him interested. Do not become submissive or let him walk all over you. Keep yourself respect and be strong. No relationship is worth losing yourself respect and most good men are attracted to strong women that can take care of themselves to a certain extent.
